In My Mailbox (6)

Hey Guys so this is what was in my mailbox this week, if you don't know what that means here let me explain. The idea started over at the Story Siren I blog I adore, check Kristi out. But this is a weekly posting of all the fun arriving in your mail box, it doesn't have to been actually in your mail box but it can be a shopping bag as well. Enough with the talk lets get started.

So This is what I Got This week!!

Yeah Happy Dance!!! So Lets go...

Bought:

1. Chronicles of Vladimir Tod: Eighth Grade Bites By: Heather Brewer
2. Moonlight By: Rachel Hawthorne
3. Tantalize By: Cynthia Leitich Smith

-So Excited for these three heard a lot of good things about Vlad Tod Series and also the Moonlight series as well.

Bought Before Release Date:

4. Hourglass By: Claudia Gray
5. Hex Hall By: Rachel Hawkins

- These books are 2 I have been waiting for forever!! So when I noticed my work had them in stock before the release date I put them on hold!! So super excited to start reading them, but unfortunately have a few books a head!

I haven't read Summoning, but since Awakening was on sale and my Godmother said she loved it and we have the same taste decided to pick it up. The Declaration, and The Fallen were both on my wishlist so it was cool to get them this fast on sale!! So many good book so far, but I'm not done yet.

Last but not least, Special Gift:

So the story on this book is a friend of mine just came back from some time in Portugal, and she knew I spoke Portuguese fluent and also read. So when she stopped over in a city on here way to Toronto she had 2 hours to kill so she was looking around at the store in the Airport. So see ends up going to a bookstore and notices they have a Paranormal section and automatically goes start for it. She then noticed that one they had one of my favorite series there in Portuguese so she buys it for me.
Here the book!!! (I did a 10 minute Happy Dance)

Dead Until Dark aka True Blood (or exact translation Fresh Blood).

9. Dead Until Dark By: Charlaine Harris ( Click on book title for my review on English copy hehehe)

I can't WAIT to read the Vladamir Tod series by Heather Brewer. Have it on my TBR list, but I don't know when I'll get to it. I've heard great reviews about the series, and I love pretty much all things vampire.

My daughter loves the Vladimir Tod series. I personally never read them. I would like to read Hex Hall though. I didn't get any of those this week. I have quite a bit though. I hit the used books store at the library. :) Not to mention the ones I did buy, I haven't posted them yet. I will post them in the morning, you know where I am to check them out.

@Kelley- Not really sure, probably had other things to read. Perhaps down the road. I am not much of a YA reader, but occasionally a series will catch my eye, like the one I am currently reading, by Melissa Marr. I am such a book hoarder, that I will never catch up. Perhaps I might put myself on a month book strike and read what I have. Nahhh...that would be too hard.

Wow!! Excellent Haul!!

I am a HUGE Kelley Armstrong fan but I have yet to read her YA series!
I do have the first 2 though.

Hex Hall is on my TBR and I see a few on your list that I will have to check out and perhaps TBR it!

Oh... I read Tantalize. It was a good read but not as exciting as others. There is another recent title of her Eternal... i didnt like that one.

Enjoy your reads!!!=)
